The setting is a witness stand in a small southern courtroom. Santa is sitting there with his cap in his hand, and his head hung low. In front of him is a "Dapper-Dan" type southern lawyer, giving him the business during cross-examiniation. The lawyer looks Santa square in the eye and says, "On the evening of December 21, 2001, inside the mall on the south side of town, did you or did you not look towards my client and slanderously say, 'HO-HO-HO!', there by bringing her reputation under fire?"
